Background
Operating since 2009, Taste of Playa is an annual culinary event which attracts more than 8000 local and international visitors. Taste of Playa, at Parque Fundadores on 5thAvenue and Ave. Juarez showcases the creativity of chefs in the Rivera Maya and promotes local businesses.  Celebrating its 5th year Anniversary on Sunday November 24th, Taste of Playa 2013 is expected to feature 40 participants (restaurants & bars.)

Call for Entries
The committee of Taste of Playa invites artists & graphic designers to create a Poster for the event.

Benefits
The artist or graphic designer of the winning poster will be credited for their work and the poster will be showcased on the homepage of the Taste of Playa website atwww.tasteofplaya.com for one year. The poster will also be seen in the establishments of all participants (restaurant & bars) and distributed to the sponsors of the event.

Design Specifications:
Your design must be 11” high x 8” wide (279.4mm high x 203.2mm wide) and have a resolution of 300ppi, color CMYK.  The Taste of Playa committee will add text & logos. Please see the 2012 poster design below for an example of the Taste of Playa logo, sponsors logos and text that will be added.

Submission Date
Please submit your Poster Design before the 1st of August to graphics@tasteofplaya.com.
